The capstone module of the roadmap. It begins where MLOps ends: how operating LLM applications differs from operating models — prompts and configuration as versioned artifacts, evaluation-driven development, release strategies and model routing, reliability, cost, and fallbacks.
The RAG chapters cover the full pipeline in production terms: ingestion, parsing and chunking, embeddings, search and reranking, context assembly with trustworthy citations, and the evaluation and security work that keeps a RAG system honest. The agent chapters cover the control loop, tool design and structured interfaces, memory and state, safety and human approval, and how to evaluate and observe agents.
Five chapters, five graded knowledge checks, ending with a support-resolution agent capstone and a production-readiness review.
