Getting Started

  • Creating an Account — Click 'Register' on the homepage. Fill in your details and verify your email address to get started.
  • Enrolling in a Course — Browse our course catalog, select a course you're interested in, and click 'Enroll'. You'll have immediate access to the course content.
  • Navigating a Course — Once enrolled, use the course outline on the left side to navigate between sections and units. Your progress is saved automatically.

Account & Profile

  • Resetting Your Password — Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password.
  • Updating Your Profile — Go to your account settings to update your name, email, and other profile information.
  • Email Preferences — Manage your email notification settings from your account dashboard.

Courses & Certificates

  • Course Progress — Your progress is tracked automatically as you complete each unit. Check your progress from the course page or your dashboard.
  • Earning a Certificate — Complete all required coursework and achieve the minimum passing grade to earn your certificate.
  • Downloading Certificates — Once earned, your certificate will be available for download from your dashboard and course page.

Technical Issues

  • Browser Compatibility — We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for the best experience.
  • Video Playback — If videos aren't loading, try clearing your browser cache, disabling browser extensions, or switching to a different browser.
  • Mobile Access — Our platform is responsive and works on mobile devices. For the best experience, use a tablet or larger screen for course content.
